Kent Treichel

Kent Treichel possesses extensive experience in tax research and geographic information systems. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for the Tax Research Division at the State of Minnesota since October 2001, Kent's expertise in tax-related matters is complemented by roles as an IT Portfolio Manager and GIS Research Analyst at the Joint Special Operations University since March 2009. Additionally, Kent has worked as a fitness instructor at Sweatshop Fitness from February 2010 to September 2016, specializing in Kettlebells, Spinning, and TRX. USSOCOM's "Think-Do Tank" Center for Special Operations Thinking. WE SHARPEN THE EDGE OF SOF’S ADVANTAGE: THE NEXT-GENERATION SOF PROFESSIONAL. The Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) provides education to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and to people who enable the SOF mission in a joint environment. In addition to the regular courses taught at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), JSOU routinely conducts both regular and tailored off-station activities for SOF units worldwide by means of remote or on-site instruction, DL courses, and via video tele-instruction (VTI). Vision USSOCOM's "Think-Do Tank" - Center for Special Operations Thinking. Mission JSOU prepares SOF professionals to address strategic and operational challenges, arming them with the ability to think through problems with knowledge, insight, and foresight.
