Dayanand More has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dayanand is currently serving as the Site Head and Vice President at Strides Pharma Science LTD. In this role, they are responsible for the overall site operations and the manufacturing of pharmaceutical dosages forms. Dayanand has also held the position of Director - Technical & Manufacturing at Morison PLC, where they managed two manufacturing sites and oversaw a turnover of $45 million. Previously, they worked for Cipla, where they held various positions such as Director of Manufacturing Operations, Plant Head, Site Lead for Technology Transfer, and Manufacturing Head. Before joining Cipla, they gained experience at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a Production Officer. Dayanand started their career as a Junior Pharmacist at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited and also had a summer internship at Hoechst Roussel Vet Pvt. Ltd. Throughout their career, Dayanand More has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in manufacturing operations and has consistently achieved successful results in their roles.

Dayanand More's education history includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Maharashtra College of Pharmacy Nilanga. This degree was obtained from 1995 to 1999. More pursued further education and completed a Master of Pharmaceutical Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between the years 2007 and 2010.
