Scot Reid

Scot Reid has over 25 years of extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Scot currently holds the position of Vice President International Human Resources at Strides, where they oversee HR operations on a global scale. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Strides Pharma, Inc. US generics. Scot also has experience as a Managing Principal Consultant at REID & COMPANY, where they helped manufacturing VP/GM's improve employee productivity. Scot has also held key HR roles at Endo International plc, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Parker Hannifin, LafargeHolcim, and Varian Medical Systems, where they managed various aspects of HR functions and teams.

Scot Reid holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Brigham Young University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Weber State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Employee & Leadership Training from DDI | Development Dimensions International, Executive Coaching from the University of Michigan, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM.
