Adarsh Alphons has a diverse and impressive work experience. Adarsh is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Wardrobe, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this, Adarsh founded ProjectArt, Inc in 2011 and served as the Founder & Executive Director. In 2018, they stepped away from an operating role but was reappointed to lead the organization in 2022. Under their leadership, ProjectArt became the largest art school for kids in the US without owning any buildings. Adarsh scaled the organization by partnering with public libraries nationwide and utilizing underused space within them.

Adarsh also worked as a Community Scholar at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2014 to August 2017. During this time, they conducted research in political economy and economics, specializing in non-zero sum simultaneous games. Their research focused on catalyzing underutilized resources into productivity and building asset-light organizations. Their ability to bring self-interested partners together for a common cause made ProjectArt a leader in its field and a nationally-scaled enterprise. Adarsh concluded their research with a fall lecture at Columbia's Faculty House.

Before their time at Columbia, Adarsh served as the Director of Visual Arts at the Harlem School of the Arts (HSA) from August 2008 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Student Ambassador at the Maryland Institute College of Art in December 2005 and January 2006.

Adarsh Alphons began their education journey in 2014 at Columbia University, where they pursued a degree as a Columbia Community Scholar. Adarsh focused their studies on Economics and successfully completed their program in 2017. Afterward, Adarsh moved on to Boston University, where they pursued a Master of Science in Arts Administration. The exact start and end years for this degree are not provided. Additionally, Adarsh attended the Studio Art Centers International, where they focused on Painting and Art History.
