Hayley Dickson

Hayley Dickson, PE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural analysis, design, and customer success within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Founding Customer Success Manager at Joist AI since December 2024, Hayley previously held the position of Construction Success Manager at Fieldwire from April 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, roles included Enterprise Sales Specialist at Extracker and Engineer at Forell | Elsesser Structural Engineers, where responsibilities encompassed the design of new structures and seismic evaluations. Hayley's background also includes internships at the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute, Quilici Engineers, and community-focused engineering work in Nicaragua. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Santa Clara University, complemented by a diploma from The Bishop's School.
