Natalia Gutierrez Franco

Natalia Gutierrez Franco is the VP of Warehouse Operations at Jokr. Natalia has over 10 years of experience in business intelligence and operations management. Franco has a proven track record of increasing efficiency and transparency within organizations through the implementation of innovative processes and technologies.

Franco began their career as a business intelligence analyst at KREATIZE GmbH, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the Head of Growth & Business Intelligence. In this role, they were responsible for setting up company strategy, building and leading several departments including business intelligence & operations, growth and partner management.

During their time at KREATIZE, Franco made a number of notable contributions that had a positive impact on the company. Natalia implemented Looker (analytics tool) as a company-wide solution for analytics and operations monitoring. Natalia also set up data warehouse and data model that served as basis for looker reporting. In addition, they introduced several company-wide KPIs and was responsible for salesforce as well as related business critical tools and its integrations. As salesforce admin and business operations lead, they introduced several processes through sales, customer support and partner management, increasing transparency and efficiency for the teams. Finally, they developed customer journey & company growth model including churn forecasting and tracking.

In 2019, Franco left KREATIZE to join Jokr as the VP of Warehouse Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Jokr’s warehouse operations, from receiving and shipping to inventory management and order fulfillment. Under their leadership, the Jokr team has been able to streamline operations and improve efficiencies, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Natalia Gutierrez Franco received a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Universidad Panamericana. Natalia then went on to study Financial Markets at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). After completing their Bachelor's degree, they spent a semester abroad at Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir. Natalia is also certified from Asociación Mexicana de Intermediarios Bursátiles AMIB in Figura 3 - Asesor en Estrategias de Inversión.
