Pouya Vessali

Pouya Vessali has extensive experience in service delivery management, currently serving as Senior Director - Service Delivery at Jolera Inc., a position held since July 2014. Vessali has progressed through various roles within the company, including Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Strategic Initiatives, as well as Manager of Audits, Controls & Compliance and Service Desk Manager. Prior to joining Jolera, Vessali held the position of ICT - Hardware Associate at Bell for a brief period in 2013. Vessali holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University, completed in 2014.
