Nice Saludez-Calica

Nice Saludez-Calica has accumulated significant experience in human resources and labor relations since joining the Jollibee Group of Companies in June 2013, currently serving as the Regional HR Labor Relations Manager specializing in service contractor management and labor relations. Previous roles at Jollibee include Labor Relations Officer and Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, engagement, and leading the SEEDS program. Additionally, Nice served as Executive Secretary to the Vice President of Corporate HR - Operations and to the Chief Human Resources Adviser, managing corporate HR budget and communications. Earlier experience includes teaching as a part-time lecturer at Jose Rizal University and handling HR and administrative functions at PHINMA Education Network. Nice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2008.
