Ingo Laubender

Ingo Laubender has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ingo started their career in 2001 as an Associate at Delta Karlsruhe and later worked as a Management Consultant at Swiss Management Forum. In 2003, they worked as a Project Manager at Siltronic AG, where they focused on silicon wafer manufacturing process optimization. Ingo joined Accenture in 2007 and held various managerial positions, including Head of Talent Strategy for ASEAN Human Resources and Global HR CoE Manager for Learning & Talent Development. At Accenture, they led projects related to organization effectiveness, change management, and learning strategy. In 2018, they joined Grab as the Head of People Strategy, where they established and led a new HR function focused on analytics, operations excellence, and strategy. In 2020, they joined foodpanda as the Chief People Officer, leading their People and Enterprise Technology teams across 11 markets. In 2022, they also became a Member of the Board of Advisors for DEI at Delivery Hero. Overall, Ingo Laubender has a strong background in HR strategy and operations, with a focus on talent management, analytics, and technology.

Ingo Laubender received a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2006.
