Valerie Feria Amante

Valerie Feria Amante serves as the Global Chief Legal, Ethics, and Compliance Officer for the Jollibee Group of Companies since January 2007, overseeing a multinational legal team across various countries and implementing the global ethics and compliance program. Prior to this role, Valerie held multiple positions within the Jollibee Group, including Global General Counsel and Vice President for Corporate Legal. Valerie's experience includes working as a Legal Counsel at Ayala Land, Inc., and serving as a faculty member in the Juris Doctor-MBA program at Far Eastern University. Earlier in the career, Valerie practiced as an Associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan and secured academic roles at Assumption College. Valerie holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines, where a salutatorian honor was achieved, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating cum laude from the same institution.
