Reiko M. Padilla

Reiko M. Padilla serves as the Director of Training & Development at Honeybee Foods Corporation, overseeing training initiatives for prominent brands including Jollibee, Red Ribbon Bakeshop, and Chowking Restaurants since July 2021. Prior to this role, Reiko held the position of Senior Training Manager at Honeybee Foods Corporation from October 2006, developing and implementing training programs and facilitating team-building workshops. With a background as a Training Officer at Jollibee Foods Corporation from February 1991 to October 2006, Reiko managed training needs for international operations across several countries. Reiko has been a member of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers since 2010, fostering industry networking and education. Reiko began a career in education as an ESL teacher for refugees in the Philippines from April 1989 to January 1991. Reiko holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo de Manila University.
