Renz Shih

Renz Shih is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various companies. Currently serving as Managing Director at Jollibee Group of Companies since July 2022, Renz has also held roles as Managing Director Trainee and Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes a role as People & Culture Intern at foodpanda and a series of positions within Ateneo Management Engineering Association, including Member, Head of Finance for the Athletics Board, and Finance Associate. Renz co-owned RK Industrial Sales as Head of Operations and Pares Katipunan, and contributed as Project Manager for Ateneo Celadon. Additionally, Renz co-founded Thai Chix. Academically, Renz holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Saint Jude Catholic School.
