Simon de Vuyst

Simon De Vuyst has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Simon worked at JOLT as the Head of Product, managing product development and strategy. Prior to that, they were an Energy Systems Engineer & Product Manager at JOLT. Simon also worked at eCAMION as an Engineering Program Manager and Business Development EIT. At Alectra, Simon worked as a Mapping Analyst, where they maintained a mapping system and analyzed mapping data. Simon also held leadership roles at Suits U, a non-profit organization, serving as the President and VP of Business Development. Simon's experience also includes working as a Resident Electrical Engineer at Eastern Power Ltd, where they managed projects and oversaw the installation of instrumentation. Additionally, they served as the Manager of Business Development at You're Next Career Network, where they engaged prospective employers and secured partnerships. Simon started their career as a Process Control Engineer Trainee at Bahrain Petroleum Company, where they supported senior engineers and developed communication skills.

Simon De Vuyst attended the University of Toronto from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Energy Systems. Additionally, from 2011 to 2015, they also completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Engineering Science at the same university.
