Faith H has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service and Sales Supervisor at Jomashop.com since November 2012, where responsibilities include addressing escalated customer satisfaction issues, optimizing purchase experiences, and training new representatives. Prior to this role, Faith contributed as a relief volunteer for the Hurrican Sandy Relief Effort, assisted in animal care at Susquehanna SPCA and Manhattan Beach Animal Clinic, and held various positions in childhood supervision at Flatbush Park Day Camp. Additional experience includes a student worker role at Sodexo during college and performing clerical support as an assistant to the Director of Finance at Meridian Capital Group. Faith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from SUNY Oneonta.
