Kyle Kondor has a diverse work experience in the field of sports media and communications. Kyle started their career as a Sports Staff member at The Indiana Gazette in 2014. From there, they worked as a Sports Editor at The Penn and also as a Talk Show Host/Live Game Color Analyst at WIUP-FM.
In 2015, Kyle served as a Media Relations Intern at zcomm and then worked as a Server at Chickie's and Pete's for five years. During this time, they also held multiple roles at IUP-TV The Big Hit, where they worked as a Producer, Analyst, Social Media Editor, and Post Production Coordinator.
In 2016, Kyle joined Ashland University as an Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant. Initially, they worked as a Social Media Manager, producing digital media content for various platforms and pitching content ideas. Later, they were promoted to the role of Head of Social Media, where they oversaw a team of social media managers and producers, managed multiple accounts, produced digital media, and worked collaboratively with other departments on social media initiatives.

Kyle Kondor's education history begins with their high school diploma from Ewing High School, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011. Kyle then went on to attend Mercer County Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Kyle continued their education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2016, simultaneously completing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism.
