Amir El-Sehabi has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resources. Amir is currently the CEO & Founder of POC Recruiting LLC, where they recruit for various roles in technology, design, sales, marketing, and consulting. Amir has achieved notable accomplishments such as making 17 hires through sourced candidate pipelines with a high acceptance rate, maintaining a short time-to-hire of 5 days, and conducting multiple recruiter screens on a daily basis.

In addition to their current role, Amir has held various interim positions in different companies, including MYCOM GmbH, Jomigo, Link11, Parkdepot, Vicoland, Claranet, bookingkit, Convidera GmbH, and VIRTREX.
