Umut Kocaman

Umut Kocaman, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and estimation. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Jon M Hall Company since July 2020, Umut has held various leadership roles including Executive Vice President at Cypress Gulf and Operations Manager at Jel Site Development Inc. Previous positions include Project Manager at Hubbard Construction Company and Senior Project Manager at JMHC, Inc. with responsibilities encompassing land development project oversight, from budgeting and scheduling to production tracking and closeout. With a strong educational background, Umut holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
