Peter Ricci

Peter Ricci is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the President of Jon Renau since June 2024, Peter previously co-founded and was the CEO of MANTL, Inc., a brand dedicated to empowering men facing hair loss, from October 2017 to November 2024. Other notable positions include CEO of Below 60°, Hilary Duff's natural home fragrance brand, and VP, Head of Retail Sales at The Honest Company, where Peter drove revenue growth and innovative strategies. Peter's earlier roles include VP, General Manager at Altium, CEO at AppStack, Inc., and various positions at Google, culminating in Global Sales Operations Manager. Peter began a career as a Combat Arms Officer in the US Army from 2002 to 2007. Peter holds a BS in International Politics and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
