As the Senior Managing Director of Asset Management, Caroline Vary brings over 20 years of experience in asset management, leasing, financing, design, construction, and development. Ms. Vary monitors the performance, leasing and operations of investment and development properties, in a portfolio of over 4.5 million sf. of commercial and residential properties, including new construction, green retrofits and completed projects implementing green operations.
