Nathan D. Taft

Mr. Taft joined Jonathan Rose Companies in 2004 where he oversees the acquisition and preservation of affordable and mixed-income multifamily housing in walkable, transit-oriented locations nationally. At Rose, he has led the investment of seven equity funds, comprised of more than $967 million of capital commitments and nearly $2 billion of property investments, helping Rose grow into one of the country’s leading impact managers in the field with a portfolio of 17,000 units.
