Melissa Kane joined us as the Vice President Community Management at JONCKERS in November 2019. Mel has spent 20+ years working in the localization industry with experience across human and machine translation, language technology, supply chain management and online communities. Mel continues to put people first by fostering collaborative, trust-based relationships with necessary communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in order to optimise the service provision for our customers with a strong emphasis on ensuring that our linguistic community can prosper and successfully drive our service offering.
