Virginia Bachs

Virginia Bachs is the current HR Manager at Jonckers, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they were a Global HR Business Partner at Total Marketing Support Limited from April 2017 to May 2021. In that role, they were responsible for delivering people management strategy in support of TMS UK and the wider group. Virginia had relations with over 45 countries across Europe, North & South America, Asia, Africa, and Australia. Virginia was able to operate both strategically and operationally, providing expert advice and support on all HR matters. Virginia identified gaps, proposed, and implemented the changes necessary to reduce business risk relating to employee development, talent management and succession planning. Virginia partnered with 5 business units and worked closely with the General Managers for Client Service, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Management team.

Before their time at Total Marketing Support Limited, Virginia Bachs was a Global Recruitment Consultant at WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions from May 2016 to April 2017. Virginia was also a Global Recruitment Resourcer at Walker Lovell from January 2016 to May 2016. In addition, they were an International Customer Care Advisor at JD Sports Fashion plc from April 2015 to January 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Sales Advisor - Visual Merchandising at Mango from June 2013 to April 2015.

Virginia Bachs has a master's degree in human resources management and development from Talentic Superior School in Spain. Virginia also has a bachelor's degree in human resources and labor relations from Universidad de Granada in Portugal.
