Austen Downey

Austen Downey currently serves as a Project Manager/Estimator at Jones Covey Group, Inc. since July 2013, with expertise in designing construction phasing plans and energy systems. Previous roles include managing fueling construction projects nationwide as a Superintendent and organizing the construction of fueling stations as an onsite Foreman. Earlier experience at Wayne Perry, Inc. involved managing fueling construction projects in Southern California as a Foreman, completing onsite testing and repairs as a Lead Technician, and working as a Construction Laborer. Austen Downey earned an educational background from the University of Redlands and Riverside City College.
