Maudi Oerlemans

Maudi Oerlemans has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maudi is currently working at ZonMw as an Event & Community manager in the field of sport and innovation. Prior to that, they worked at Technology Park Ypenburg as an Event & Community manager. Maudi also held positions at The Hague Tech as a Project & Community manager and at Sportbedrijf Rotterdam as a Community & Event manager. Maudi worked as a Chief Happiness Officer & Event manager at Jongens van Techniek and founded De Happy Fit Challenge, where they utilized sports activities to connect people and provided training to businesses for promoting well-being and team-building. Maudi is also the founder of ROTMAT and SCALE010, where they organized networking events and collaborative sessions for entrepreneurs. Maudi had a role at the Gemeente Rotterdam as a Gemeentelijk Specialist Justitiabelen, where they analyzed and interpreted information for the justice system. Maudi has a strong background in community management, event planning, and project management.

Maudi Oerlemans has a diverse education history. From 2020 to 2021, they attended Brain Bakery Train de Trainer, where they focused on train de trainer. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Forensische criminologie from Leiden University from 2015 to 2017. Maudi also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Criminologie from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they earned from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Maudi spent a year studying at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2014. Maudi began their academic journey by earning their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Criminologie from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2011 to 2014. During their time at the same university in 2012 and 2013, they pursued a minor in rechtspsychologie.
