Chathura Madusanka has a diverse work experience in the industrial engineering field. Chathura began their career at Timex Garments (Pvt) Ltd. as a Trainee Industrial Engineer, where they implemented a new program for pre-assemble line layouts. After that, they joined Omegaline (Pvt) Ltd. Calzedonia group as a Staff Officer, where they worked with standup sewing modules and utilized TPM tools for breakdown analysis. Chathura then moved on to MAS Bodyline (Pvt) Ltd. as an Executive, where they started a Small Order Manufacturing (SOM) project and played a role as a Shift Manager.
