Ani Meruzhan Margaryan has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources (HR) field. In 2021, they became the Dean of Admissions at BuildUp Bootcamp and the Human Resources Director at Blue. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Expert at the Ministry of High Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia. In 2019, they founded Magnus HR, an HR and Recruiting agency, and worked as a Meetup Coordinator at Android Manifest. In 2018, they initiated and supervised the non-commercial project, HR Armenianization. In 2017, they became an Adjunct Lecturer at Yerevan State University. In 2016, they worked as HR Lead and Talent Specialist at Joomag, Inc. and in 2015, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Recruiter (project-based) at WIC Worldcom International Communications.
