Iness Karoyan has over fifteen years of professional experience in the fields of business development, event management, loan origination, marketing, and sales. In 2022, they began working for Joomag, Inc. as a Business Development Executive. Joomag is an all-in-one platform offering integrated solutions for content marketing, digital publishing, corporate communications, and sales engagement. From 2013 to 2022, they worked as an Event Manager for Vahakni Residential Community. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Loan Originator at J.P. Morgan. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Marketing Manager at Global Export. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Loan Originator at Countrywide.

Iness Karoyan obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge between 1999 and 2002. In 2009, they also obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from CALIFORNA BODHI VIHARA.
