The team's CEO and founder comes from a background in SAS software and MommyVille, while the Head of English for Undergraduate Studies at Université Paris Est Créteil (Paris12) and Senior Lecturer in American Literature and Translation at Université Blaise Pascal both have experience in teaching and translation. The team is also educated, with the CEO holding an Executive MBA from École des Ponts Business School and the Head of English for Undergraduate Studies holding a degree from Brown University's English Department.
