Fatou Waggeh

Fatou Waggeh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Fatou is currently working as a Partnerships Associate at Jopwell since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at True Search, where they held multiple roles, including Analyst - Diversity Practice from March 2023 to June 2023, Analyst - Go-To-Market Practice from November 2022 to February 2023, Analyst - People, Talent, and Legal Practice from June 2022 to October 2022, and DE&I Intern from May 2022 to June 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Fatou was a Ron Brown Captain at the Ron Brown Scholar Program. Fatou also had roles as an Aftercare Counselor at St. Bernard Academy from August 2019 to May 2022, a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator Intern at AutoZone from June 2021 to August 2021, a Camp Counselor & Dance Instructor at Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club from June 2019 to August 2019, and a Group Leader at WHEDco from May 2018 to June 2019.

Fatou Waggeh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, African-American & Diaspora Studies from Vanderbilt University from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma with an Advanced Regents Diploma from Manhattan Center for Science & Mathematics between 2014 and 2018. In February 2022, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI.
