Founding Team

About

The four co-founders at Jopwell all have different backgrounds that have led them to their current company. One founder, while working as an analyst at Goldman Sachs, saw first hand the lack of diversity in the workforce and was motivated to start Jopwell. Another had experience working in various startups and saw how difficult it was for talented individuals from diverse backgrounds to get noticed and hired. The other two co-founders had similar experiences working in finance and saw an opportunity to use their skills to help those from underrepresented groups. All four co-founders attended top schools for their respective fields and are using their platform to help others do the same.
