Laura L. Mathis Rn

Laura L. Mathis, RN, has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare roles, particularly within the educational sector. Starting as a long-term substitute nurse for Bondurant-Farrar Community School District in 2001, Laura transitioned to a part-time permanent position as a school nurse from August 2002 to May 2004 and has since served as a Middle School/Junior High School Nurse. In addition, Laura has experience as a District Medicaid Coordinator at Vera Bradley and has worked as a sales associate and substitute school nurse for various school districts. Previous nursing roles include serving as a Charge Nurse for Mobile Blood Collection Units at The Blood Center of Central Iowa and as a Critical Care RN in a trauma and surgical intensive care unit at Mercy Hospital. Laura began their professional career as a Legal Secretary at Vos Law Firm. Laura holds an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Des Moines Area Community College and completed high school education at Bondurant Farrar CSD.
