Haitham Al-Ayaseh has over 15 years of experience in the IT field, starting from their role as a Programmer Trainee at Royal Jordanian Airline in 2004. Haitham then worked as a Quality Assurance Implementer at AlAli Hospital in Qatar before joining Ideal Soft as a System Implementer. In 2006, Haitham became the IT Manager at Capital Investments, where they managed the IT department and controlled operational costs. Haitham also served as the Applications and Infrastructure Unit Head at Capital Investments, managing projects and ensuring business requirements were met. Currently, Haitham is the Head of IT Service Desk at Jordan Commercial Bank, where they oversee the delivery of IT services and support. Haitham holds certifications in PMP and ITIL.

Haitham Al-Ayaseh attended Princess Sumaya University for Technology from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Computer Science. Prior to that, they obtained their Tawjihi Certificate Degree from Al-Hussein College School between 1999 and 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from EXIN in February 2016. Additionally, they achieved the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2013.
