Rajai Sayegh has extensive work experience, starting in 2004 as an IT Chief for the Jordan Armed Forces. rajai then became an HMIS (Hospital Management Information Systems) Project Manager for the IT Department, where they managed projects and provided support and training for software solutions. In 2010, Rajai worked as a Hardware Project Manager for STS Specielized Technical Services, handling project and technical management, procurement management, and quality assurance. rajai later joined Jordan Commercial Bank in 2013 as a System Analyst, where they were responsible for various logistics activities and project management. Rajai then became the Head of Application Systems and Examination for the Department of Organizing and Development Banking Processes at JCB Jordan Commercial Bank in 2013 before transitioning to their role as the Administration Department \\ Logistics Services Unit Head in 2015. In this position, they oversaw staff management, developed business strategies, implemented health and safety procedures, and used data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality.

Rajai Sayegh achieved their education in a sequential manner. rajai began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Las Vegas, Nevada University in the USA, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Later on, they pursued an MBA in Management Information Systems from The Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences, from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, in 2014, Rajai Sayegh completed a Mini MBA in Small Business Administration/Management at the University of Jordan.
