Cameron Neal has a diverse work experience. Cameron started their career in 2002 as a Fire Support & Targeting Noncommissioned Officer in the US Army, where they held various positions related to supporting maneuvering forces with artillery, air support, and rockets.

In 2015, Cameron joined the US Army's 2nd Armored Brigade, 1st Armored Division as a Brigade Targeting Officer, where they led the staff in implementing and managing synchronization efforts for achieving objectives. Cameron became a subject matter expert in integration, synchronization, and execution into brigade operations.

From 2016 to 2021, Cameron served in different roles within the US Army, including Battalion Targeting Observer, Coach, Trainer, Division Targeting Officer, and Battalion Targeting/Counter-fire Officer. In these roles, they provided advisement, developed targeting guidance, and coordinated the employment of target acquisition assets.

Their latest work experience is as a Project Engineer at Jordan Foster Construction LLC, starting in 2023.

Cameron Neal began their education at Central Michigan University in 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development with a concentration in Public Administration. Cameron completed their undergraduate studies in 2019. Following this, Cameron enrolled at Troy University in 2021 to pursue a Master of Criminal Justice degree with a focus on Criminal Justice and Corrections. Cameron is expected to complete their postgraduate program in 2023.
