Douglas Joehl

Douglas Joehl has over 30 years of work experience in finance and management roles. Douglas started their career at Price Waterhouse, LLP, a global audit and consulting firm, where they served as a Manager in the SME Audit & Consulting Practice. Douglas worked with both publicly-traded and private clients, specializing in middle-market companies in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and oil & gas.

After Price Waterhouse, LLP, Douglas joined St. Luke's Episcopal Health System (now CHI St. Luke's), a nonprofit healthcare system, where they served as Director of Internal Audit. In this role, they were responsible for enterprise risk management, audit strategy, planning, and oversight, as well as staff training and development.

Following their time at St. Luke's, Douglas joined Ernst & Young, LLP, a global audit and consulting firm, as a Senior Manager and Regional Director of Healthcare Internal Audit & Consulting Services. Douglas led a practice unit that provided internal audit and specialty consulting services to healthcare clients across the Southeast US.

In 2000, Douglas joined BE&K, Inc., a privately held engineering, construction, and services contractor, as VP of Finance & Treasurer. BE&K operated globally and served various markets, including heavy industrial, power, chemicals/refining, healthcare, life sciences, commercial/hospitality, and government. The company was later acquired by KBR, Inc., where Douglas continued to serve as VP of Finance & Group Controller. At KBR, they oversaw financial operations and provided sales support for global business units with revenues ranging from $400 million to $2 billion.

Prior to their current role, Douglas worked at Cadence McShane Construction Company, where they served as VP of Finance / Chief Financial Officer. Douglas held this position for over a year and was responsible for financial management and strategic planning.

Currently, Douglas is the Chief Financial Officer at Jordan Foster Construction LLC, a position they have held since June 2019.

Douglas Joehl earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Douglas attended the institution from 1983 to 1987.
