Jose Miramontes III

Jose Miramontes III has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Jose started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems, where they collaborated on a project investigating asphalt stabilized base specifications for the Texas Department of Transportation. Jose then worked as a Summer Engineering Intern for the Texas Department of Transportation, assisting with project management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance inspections.

Jose later joined Amec Foster Wheeler as a Materials Technician before moving on to Mass. Electric Construction Co. as an Intern Field Engineer, where they gained hands-on experience in the field. Jose then worked as a Field Engineer I at Kiewit, further developing their engineering skills.

In 2020, they joined J.D. Abrams, L.P. as a Project Engineer, responsible for overseeing construction projects. Jose then joined Southland Holdings LLC as an Area Project Engineer, before joining Robert Wyatt Contracting, LLC as a Project Manager. Jose also worked as a Project Manager - Public/Paving at RPM xConstruction before landing their current role as a Project Manager at Jordan Foster Construction LLC.

Throughout their career, Jose has demonstrated expertise in project management, engineering, and materials testing. Jose is a dedicated and skilled professional with a proven track record in the construction industry.

Jose Miramontes III has studied Construction Engineering and Management at The University of Texas at El Paso. Jose obtained certifications in OSHA -30 Hour from OSHA in May 2016, Compressive Concrete Testing Technician from the American Concrete Institute in March 2016, and Field Technician -I from the American Concrete Institute in March 2016.
