Pamela Flaherty

Pamela Flaherty has a strong background in manufacturing and production management. Pamela currently holds the position of Director of Production Planning, Sourcing, and Procurement at Jordan Manufacturing since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at the same company from October 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Jordan Manufacturing, Pamela worked at Donaldson from October 2019 to July 2021, initially as a Production Manager and later as a Production Control Specialist. During their time at Donaldson, they managed a team of 50+ employees, promoted a strong safety culture, utilized Oracle ERP software for scheduling and customer service, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to their role at Donaldson, they held the position of Operations Manager at Sign Art Etc from 2003 to 2006 and worked as a Production Coordinator at Kirby Risk Precision Machining from December 2000 to April 2003.

Pamela Flaherty first attended Harrison College-Lafayette from 2006 to 2012, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Later, in 2012, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Harrison College, which they completed in 2013.
