Amy Hafemann

Amy Hafemann is the current Finance Director at Jordan Public Schools. Prior to that, they were an accounting specialist at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, ISD #110, and Waconia Public Schools. Amy has been in their current position since September 2017.

Amy is responsible for the district's cash flow, general ledger, budget development, yearly fiscal audit, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. Amy also oversees the district's purchase orders and processing system, student activity accounts, building fund financial accounts, and ERATE program. In addition, they maintain the district's fixed asset accounting and inventory.

Amy Hafemann has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Rasmussen University, a Junior Accounting degree from St. Cloud Business College, and a degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Cloud Business College (Rasmussen) Junior. Amy also has a degree from Lester Prairie High School.

Katherine Pekarna-Damlo - Payroll & Benefits Specialist, Nicky Knapp - Accounts Payable, Receivable Coordinator report to Amy Hafemann. Amy Hafemann reports to Ranae Case Evenson, Superintendent of Schools. They work with Steven Jensen - Community Education & Recreation Director, Jamie Fremming - District Office Administrative Assistant, and Ashley Glynn - Administrative Assistant.
