Anton's extensive background includes roles as Executive Chef at Union Square Hospitality Group and various establishments such as Cedric's at The Shed and Porchlight from 2016 to 2021. As the Owner and Founder of P&H Soda Co., an all-natural beverage syrup company, Anton demonstrated entrepreneurial skills from 2010 to 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef at a cafe and Executive Sous Chef at Delicatessen during its opening. Anton began culinary training at The French Culinary Institute, completing a degree in Culinary Arts from 1998 to 1999.
