Prior experience includes a tenure at Dawson James Securities, Inc. from February 2014 to April 2024, where James held roles as Managing Director Head of Capital Markets and Vice President of Capital Markets, specializing in capital raising for nano and small cap companies, book building, structuring offerings, and institutional outreach, with a focus on the Healthcare and Biotech sectors, alongside managing roadshows and attending industry conferences.
