Clive Greenwood Cihcm

Clive Greenwood CIHCM is an accomplished housing management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the housing sector. Currently serving as Housing Management Team Leader for the Income Portfolio at Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust since January 2024, Clive oversees cross tenure housing management and operational activities. Clive has been a Board Member for the Chartered Institute of Housing in the Yorkshire and Humberside Region since January 2019 and previously held the position of Income Management Team Leader at Unity Homes and Enterprise from September 2012 to December 2023, where Clive led a team focused on rent collection and financial inclusion services.
