Alex Naghavi

Alex Naghavi is an accomplished Executive Creative Director and Partner at Josephmark, leading the global design team and LA studio operations since January 2008. With significant expertise in business development, recruitment, and capital fundraising, Alex has creatively directed projects for high-profile clients including RCA Records, Sony, and Google. Previous roles include Creative Director, where Alex shaped venture design methodologies, and Digital Product Designer, overseeing branding and UX strategies for notable projects such as We Are Hunted and Myspace. Additional contributions include serving as an ADPL Mentor and Webby Awards Judge, along with a brief consultancy role at Commonwealth Bank to enhance their app offerings. Alex holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design and Visual Culture from Griffith College.
