Caroline John

Caroline John has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Caroline began their career as a Manager in Training at Anthropologie in 2014. Caroline then worked as a Home Supervisor and implemented merchandising strategies to increase sales. Caroline was also selected as a Development Specialist, where they conducted training sessions for new hires. In 2016, they joined bluma project as a Merchandising and Wholesale Director. Caroline successfully increased sales by 30% in the first season and managed over 100 accounts globally, including Anthropologie.
