Sean de Souza

Sean de Souza has extensive work experience in IT and project management roles. Sean is currently working as a Senior IT Analyst at Joseph Ribkoff Inc., where they are responsible for providing access and permissions within the MS D365 system and troubleshooting interface issues. Previously, they worked as an IT Analyst at Joseph Ribkoff Inc., assisting with ERP implementation and handling interface testing between ERP and PLM systems. Before that, Sean worked as an Account Manager at Arctic Leaf Inc., managing client accounts and overseeing UI/UX design and development projects. Sean also has experience as a Project Manager at DiCentral, where they managed EDI implementation projects and served as the main contact for clients. In addition, Sean worked as a Business Analyst at CCM Hockey and Reebok-CCM, where they handled EDI recertification, interface testing, and maintained compliance with trading partners. Sean also has experience in creating and maintaining EDI mappings and providing technical support.

Sean de Souza completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Concordia University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to attending Concordia University, they pursued a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Pure and Applied Science at Dawson College from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Sean has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including courses in project management methods, customer service, web design, and data ethics.
