Cesare Casadei has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as VP of Culinary & Key Accounts and previously as Director of Product Development at Joseph's Gourmet Pasta since February 2016. Prior roles include Head Chef and Retail Development Chef at Kettle Cuisine from August 2013 to February 2016, as well as a brief consultancy at Seviroli Foods in mid-2013. Cesare also contributed to academia as a Culinary Instructor at Newbury College early in 2013 and co-owned Piadina Mia from July 2011 to November 2012. Prior to these roles, Cesare was R&D Manager at Nestle from November 2004 to July 2011. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University (1996-2000) and training at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in 2003.
