Glennys began a career in quality assurance at Joseph's Pasta/Nestle as a Production Supervisor before transitioning to Nestle Prepared Foods from January 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included QATech and QA supervision. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Hesser College and an Associate's degree in Business/Accounting from Northern Essex Community College.
