Kimberly Bacigalupo has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since March 2007, where responsibilities include supervising analytical and micro labs and coordinating daily operations to ensure product quality. Prior roles at Sierra Nevada include Quality Manager and Quality Lab Supervisor. Kimberly has also contributed to the field as the Past President and President of the American Society of Brewing Chemists since August 2022. Earlier experience includes managing a Cold Stone Creamery location, focusing on daily operations and staff management. Academically, Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from California State University, Chico.
