Keisha Daley

Keisha Daley currently serves as Principal at Joshua Christian Academy since December 2019, bringing a wealth of educational leadership experience. Previous roles include Vice Principal at Benjamin Franklin Elementary within Newark Public Schools, where significant accomplishments included coaching teachers, implementing restorative practices to reduce office referrals, and enhancing school culture as a member of the Student Support Team. Keisha also has extensive teaching experience, having worked as a Teacher of School Culture and a History Teacher at Greater Newark Charter School, as well as in various teaching roles at other institutions. Educational qualifications include an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University, a Master of Arts in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Seton Hall University, among others.
