Alex Dagher

Alex Dagher is an experienced educator currently serving as a High School English Teacher at Joshua ISD since August 2022, where responsibilities include mentoring seniors through their college or job application processes and leading a writing rehabilitation class. Previously, Alex held the position of In-School Suspension Teacher at the same institution from August 2022 to October 2023, focusing on enforcing classroom etiquette. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher at Paul Public Charter School, where complex Common Core requirements were organized into effective learning plans for special needs students. Alex began the career as an Academic Tutor for AmeriCorps, providing tailored lessons to students in need. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education and Educational Studies from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sweet Briar College.
