Josiah Venture
Julia Budd is an experienced leader in educational and ministry settings, currently serving as the International Summer Ministry Coordinator for Josiah Venture since January 2020, where the focus is on equipping young leaders in Central and Eastern Europe through local churches. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Communications and Administrative Assistant at The Woodstock Academy, where responsibilities encompassed daily operational support for over 1,000 students and faculty, event coordination, and data management. Julia's background also features experience as an Assistant Resident Director at Cedarville University, where event planning and resident engagement were key, as well as volunteering as an English teacher for non-native speakers. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communication from Cedarville University and has also studied Theology and Communication Studies during a semester abroad at LCC International University in Lithuania.

Josiah Venture
A christian missions organization that works with churches in Central and Eastern Europe to train young leaders to make disciples through the local church in turn transforms society. Josiah Venture has grown from three couples in 1993 to over 340 staff members today. Our staff, over half of which are nationals, are located in 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, along with support teams in North America and Canada and the UK. Thousands of young leaders are trained each year by our staff, and through those young leaders hundreds of new believers are entering the local church as a result of evangelistic and discipleship efforts.
